Luscious Lemon

I love all things lemon. Well, maybe I just really love yellow. And I am such a sucker for lemon during the summer. It is so crisp and refreshing.

Now, I like to cook, but I rarely venture away from a recipe. This is the rare exception. It is a lemon cupcake paired with a cream cheese filling. Yum!



Simply prepare the lemon cupcakes according to the package directions. After the batter has been divided into cups, drop in a small spoonful of cream cheese mixture (1 brick of cream cheese combined with 1/3 cup sugar). Bake according to the package directions.

Okay, so it's not culinary genius, but it is really, really good.
