I am in Dallas and am ready to give you a tour around our new apartment. This blog that I read (No, I don't know her. No, she doesn't know me. No, we will probably never know each other.) started a series called...

Who doesn't love a series?! This is good for us for a number of reasons. This is good for you becasue it guarantees that I will blog at least once a week for a while. This is good for me because it gives me motivation to round up and clean up one room per week so that I'm proud to show it off to you. Thankfully, Kelly's (the blogger) series started off with kitchens and that's the room that's the most ready to show. So let's get started...
Jo, welcome to your kitchen.
This is a picture of our kitchen taken from the dining room. Just on the other side of the bar is the sink.
Our apartment was empty for a month before we moved in. During that time the complex upgraded it. We didn't really know what all that meant, but we got new appliances out of the deal. So that's nice.
You can see that Paula is well represented in Dallas.
In true Cribs fashion, here is what's inside our fridge. I'm well stocked up on Coke Zero after a recent sale. Also, there are the leftovers Kylie and I will be enjoying for lunch today. They are from Chuy's. Yum! Come to Dallas, and we'll take you there. After moving so close to every good restaurant in Dallas, we quickly decided that we had to put some limit to the eating out. So, we are trying to limit it to twice a week. Before dinner last night, we hadn't eaten out since dinner on Sunday! If you know me, that's a big deal. I love to eat out. But it has been good to cook. We went grocery shopping on Monday and came home and made fajitas. Kylie made Poppyseed Chicken on Tuesday. Elaina was our special dinner guest that night. We had leftovers before church on Wednesday. We are going to be gone a lot this weekend, so I figure that our two times will be blown out of the water, but hey, at least we tried!
Anytime you are in the area, come and see us. We are ready and waiting for visitors! Stay tuned next week for the tour of the living room.
YAY! I can't wait to come hang out. Seriously.
